Please, introduce yourself What is your role in your company?

I am a health and safety adviser at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS). (AUAS). I offer guidance to more than 2000 employees in 4 faculties on occupational health and safety and, where possible, on the prevention of occupational risks.

How did you hear about Opti-2?

A colleague of mine attended a trade fair in the Netherlands where Optimeo was presenting its products. Thanks to him I came in contact with Optimeo. After an accurate analysis of Optimeo’s solutions compared to the needs of our company, Optimeo recommended the use of Opti-2.

I was very interested in Opti-2, the laptop riser, because it’s a long-lasting product and it’s entirely customizable .

In what context do you use Opti-2?

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a massive increase in remote work, in our organization. Even at home it is important to have an ergonomic workstation. Even at home it is important to have an ergonomic workstation.

Opti-2 can help optimize the home office workstation by placing the laptop at the suitable height. Furthermore, Opti-2 can provide information on ergonomics at work in a different and more useful way compared to standard information channels.

What benefits do you get from it?

We have not yet widely distributed Opti-2 within our organization. But I can't wait! I hope that with Opti-2 we could improve the promotion of occupational safety and health.
